Outbound Sales
Chat Process

Job Responsibilities include the following:

Handling inbound or outbound calls as per the process.
A decent fluency in Hindi is always required for sales.
Update system data and report any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:
Spoken Hindi is a must for the sales process only.
Wilingness to work on a roster basis (only for Chat Process)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be able to work independently without supervision and as part of a team.
