Bestrends.lk is one of Sri Lanka’s leading footwear retailers, offering trendy, high-quality, and affordable shoes for men and women. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Showroom Executive to join our dynamic team and provide the best shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable footwear.

• Maintain showroom displays, ensuring an organized and appealing layout.

• Meet sales targets and promote ongoing offers.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.

Requirements:

✅ Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion.

✅ Strong communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and English.

✅ A friendly and energetic personality with a passion for sales.

✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.

✅ Good knowledge of current fashion trends and footwear styles.

✅ Age: 18-35 years preferred.
