Advertisers and users are responsible for ensuring that advertising content, text, images, graphics, and videos (“Content”) uploaded for inclusion on ibuysell.lk complies with all applicable laws. ibuysell.lk assumes no responsibility for any illegality or inaccuracy of the Content. The advertisers and users guarantee that their Content does not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any person or entity, and agree to release ibuysell.lk from all obligations, liabilities, and claims arising in connection with the use of (or the inability to use) the service. Advertisers agree that their Content may be presented through ibuysell.lk’s partner sites under the same terms and conditions as on ibuysell.lk  

Copyright

Advertisers grant ibuysell.lk a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute such Content or incorporate such Content into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed. The material (including the Content and any other content, software, or services) contained on ibuysell.lk is the property of ibuysell.lk, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and/or third-party licensors. Any intellectual property rights, such as copyright, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other distinguishing brands on the website are the property of ibuysell.lk. To be clear: No material on this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, installed, posted, transmitted, stored, or distributed without written permission from ibuysell.lk.  

Watermarks

All images on ibuysell.lk are watermarked to prevent their use for other purposes without the consent of the advertiser.  

Safety and Images

ibuysell.lk reserves the right to modify the title of the Content for editorial purposes. ibuysell.lk also reserves the right not to publish images that are irrelevant or violate ibuysell.lk’s rules.  

Personal

ibuysell.lk has the right to cooperate with authorities if any Content violates the law. The identity of advertisers, users, or buyers may be determined, for example, by an ISP. IP addresses may also be recorded to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.  

Privacy

ibuysell.lk will collect information from Users and Advertisers. By using ibuysell.lk, each User and Advertiser consents to and authorizes ibuysell.lk to collect and use this information. ibuysell.lk also reserves the right to disclose this information to its affiliates and any other relevant parties for the purposes of administering, supporting, and maintaining ibuysell.lk, as well as for improving the platform, such as through research, marketing, product development, and planning.  

Cookies

This site uses cookies, which means that cookies must be enabled on your computer for all functionality to work properly. A cookie is a small data file written to your hard drive when you visit certain websites. Cookie files contain information such as a random user ID assigned by the site to track the pages you visit. ibuysell.lk may include links or references to other websites (“Third-Party Websites”). ibuysell.lk is not responsible for the content of these Third-Party Websites, as they are not reviewed or monitored. If users choose to leave ibuysell.lk and access Third-Party Websites, they do so at their own risk.

Certain content and services on ibuysell.lk require payment, including, but not limited to, membership packages, posting advertisements in specific categories, and ad promotions.

Advertisers and users agree to indemnify ibuysell.lk, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney’s fees, arising from any violation of these Terms and Conditions (including negligent or wrongful conduct). Modifications ibuysell.lk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such modifications will take effect immediately upon being posted on ibuysell.lk. It is your responsibility to review these changes, and your continued access or use of ibuysell.lk will be considered as your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.  

Governing Law

ibuysell.lk operates in accordance with the laws and regulations of Sri Lanka.
